Explore the land, sea, and craftsmanship of Usuki, a town known for its fertile soil, ancient traditions, and rich flavors. From hands-on farming to seasonal experiences and elegant local cuisine, this two-day trip blends nature, culture, and community into one immersive journey.

Day 1

Begin your journey at JR Usuki Station, then head to the Soil Cultivation Center to understand the foundation of the region’s renowned produce.

Next, visit the surrounding fields where fresh ingredients are grown, followed by a relaxing lunch featuring local Usuki flavors.

In the afternoon, your experience will vary by season. You’ll either explore Usuki’s connection to the sea through a guided sake and yellowtail session, or take part in a Usuki-yaki pottery workshop followed by a visit to the iconic Usuki Stone Buddhas. The evening concludes with a premium multi-course dinner and check-in at your accommodation.

Day 2

Start the day with breakfast before setting off for a peaceful stroll through Usuki’s charming shopping street. Browse local shops, chat with friendly vendors, and take in the atmosphere.

Enjoy a second Usuki-style lunch before returning to JR Usuki Station, bringing your rural retreat to a close.
